Page to Hand

Privacy

Your playing belongs to you. Page to Hand has no account, advertising network or tracking profile.

What stays with you

MIDI input, imported scores, downloaded pieces, practice history, takes, settings and your player profile are stored on your device until you delete them. If you turn on Sync, copies of progress, pieces and packs also live in the folder you choose: iCloud Drive in the iPad app or a folder you grant the browser.

Page to Hand has no user account or developer-operated cloud database. Keyboard and display settings stay on each device.

When the network is used

Opening the optional catalogue or downloading a score, pack or web-app update makes a request to app.pagetohand.com through Cloudflare. Like an ordinary web request, it can include the IP address, requested URL, browser or app information and network timing. Cloudflare retains sampled request analytics for at least 31 days. Page to Hand's origin server does not keep access logs.

The public browser edition also receives Cloudflare's performance beacon. Cloudflare says it discards the source IP at the edge, keeps individual beacon records for seven days and may keep aggregates longer. This beacon is not in the bundled iPad app.

Sharing and payment

Page to Hand does not sell personal data and does not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. Apple processes App Store purchases; Page to Hand does not receive payment-card details.

If you email support, your mail provider and the receiving mail service process the address and content you choose to send. Support messages are used to answer you and investigate the issue, and remain in the receiving mailbox until deleted. You can ask for yours to be deleted.

Keep, export or delete

There is no Page to Hand account or server profile to request that the developer delete.
